Create a document index and bundle

Add your documents, put them in order and get the index in Excel and PDF with each one's start and end page, plus the merged, paginated bundle.

You can select several PDF files, or drag them here

Indexes for case files, exhibits and court bundles

Building an index by hand means counting the pages of every document and working out where each one starts and ends. This tool does it for you: it counts the pages, calculates the ranges and generates an index ready to file.

There are three templates: a general exhibit list, a UK-style court bundle (tab, description, date and pages), and one for Colombian electronic case files based on the index format of the judiciary's Annex 4. Always check the format required by the court or office.

How to create a document index, step by step

  1. 1

Select the PDFs that make up the file.

  2. 2

Put them in order, fix each document's name and mark whether it's electronic or scanned.

  3. 3

Choose a template and formats, and download the index and the merged bundle with continuous pagination.
