It currently accepts JPG, PNG and WEBP. You can set your iPhone to save photos as JPG (Settings > Camera > Formats > Most Compatible).
Do the photos lose quality?
JPG and PNG are embedded without recompression. WEBP images are converted to high-quality JPG.
